John Davis and Carolyn Rollin formed the business in 2008 in order to support their daughters child care business, A major remodel was done at that time. When that business closed, Connection Point Church leased the property from August 2014 thru May 2025. Due to the demand for affordable small and micro business space, they chose to subdivide the building to support the growth of businesses in New Richmond.
